  • Final sale items or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, bodysuits, or accessories for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back. This helps us review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Please include the following information:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return or exchange request
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for eligible items, depending on product availability. If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package. Norezai is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Please do not send your return package before receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the package according to this policy.
