Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package. If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Norezai is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery updates.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
